You can only have one active sale at a time. If you already have a shipment that’s in transit to us or recently delivered to one of our facilities and is awaiting evaluation, you’ll need to wait until that shipment is fully processed and any required actions are completed before creating a new one.
Once your items arrive, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Certain designer items may take additional time if extra authentication is required.
Please note: Each shipment can include up to 12 items, and only those 12 items are insured against loss or damage during transit. Any additional items sent that were not intended for the shipment will not be covered by Croissant.
If you send items not included in your Collection, they may be donated. To avoid issues with your shipments, please double-check that:
✅ Verify your items: Make sure all items in your shipment are part of the intended sale and have a Guaranteed Buyback within your Collection. Currently, only items properly imported through Gmail Sync or added via the Croissant Extension at the time of purchase are eligible for sale.
✅ Check photos, brand, and style names: Some styles may look very similar—always compare the photo shown in your Collection to the brand and style name to ensure you’re sending the correct item.
