You can only have one active sale at a time. If you already have a shipment that’s in transit or recently delivered to one of our facilities and is awaiting evaluation, you’ll need to wait until that shipment is fully processed and any required actions are completed before creating a new one.
Once your items arrive, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Certain designer items may take additional time if extra authentication is required.
Please note: Each shipment can include up to 12 items, and only those 12 items are insured against loss or damage during transit. Any additional items sent that were not intended for the shipment will not be covered by Croissant.
If you send items not included in your Collection, they may be donated. To avoid issues with your shipments, please double-check that:
The items in your active shipment match what you’re sending.
You’re only sending items that are part of your Collection.
