Sync your Gmail to import purchases that qualify for our five-year guarantee but were not made using one of our extensions. When you sync your Gmail, Croissant will automatically import eligible purchases and assign resale values to these items, allowing you to sell them for store credit. By keeping Gmail sync enabled, eligible purchases made without activating a browser extension will continue to be imported into your Collection.

Rest assured, Croissant protects your privacy by searching only for email receipts sent directly from our supported brands and retailers. We do not store or access any unnecessary email information beyond what’s required to import your items with accurate details.

Once linked, watch your Collection grow in real-time as eligible purchases are automatically added with resale values.

If you don’t use Gmail, you can still add items to your Collection by forwarding order confirmation emails to [email protected]. Eligible purchases will be reviewed and added to your Collection with assigned buyback values.

When forwarding receipts, ensure they are sent from a verified email address linked to your Croissant account. You can add or update email addresses in the Emails section of your Profile.
