Can I Add In-Store Purchases to My Croissant Collection?

What can I do about importing items from in store purchases.

At this time, Croissant does not support adding in-store purchases to your Collection—even if you still have the tags, receipt, or have only worn the item once.

Currently, only online orders from supported merchants are eligible for Guaranteed Buybacks™ through Croissant. To be added to your Collection, these purchases must be:

  • Made online through a supported retailer

  • Verified through an original email order confirmation

You can add eligible items to your Collection in one of two ways:

  1. Gmail Sync

    Connect your Gmail account to Croissant, and we’ll automatically search for supported retailer order confirmations and import eligible items.

  2. Manual Import

    Forward your original order confirmation (not a shipment or return email) to:

    Note: The email must come from an address that’s listed on your Croissant account.


Will Croissant Support In-Store Purchases in the Future?

We hear you! Supporting in-store purchases is one of our most requested features, and our team is actively exploring options. We want Croissant to be as flexible and inclusive as possible—but until we can reliably verify in-store purchases, we need to limit Collection items to online orders only.
