Croissant offers Gmail sync as an easy way to begin your Collection

Importing Past Purchases

It's always best to have our Croissant Extension Activated at checkout for easy importing and to earn rewards credit! However, if there are past purchases you'd like to add there are a couple ways to do so

  1. Sync or re-sync your Gmail address to your profile

  2. Manually upload an item directly (New! view help article here)

Gmail Sync

When you sync your Gmail, Croissant will automatically import all eligible purchases and assign resale values to these items. Also add as many as you like! Multiple Gmail addresses can be synced to a single profile.

  1. Select the menu icon in the bottom right and click Account Management.

  2. Scroll down to Synced Accounts and select Get Started. Then simply follow Google’s instructions to securely link your account.

  3. Once linked, watch your Collection grow!

Rest assured, Croissant protects your privacy by searching only for email receipts sent directly from our supported brands and retailers. We do not store or access any unnecessary email information beyond what’s required to import your items with accurate details.

* Please note this is a one time pull of your past purchases and will not import new items. You can still get these added by manually importing items, or by re-syncing your Gmail to your profile. To re-sync simply select the x next to the Gmail address to remove it. Then add it again!
