Navigate to your collection
At the top select the plus sign icon to add a new item
Upload a clear photo of the item then fill in all of the necessary information
Select Add Item to save and upload it to your collection, or Save and Add Another to import more items
The following formats for images are acceptable:
Image URL pulled from a Merchant's product details page (Please note the actual PDP url cannot be used)
PDF
JPEG
Edit Item
Noticed a mistake? No worries!
Click on the individual item
Select Edit Item
Edit the details
Select Save when finished
Please note that the Retailer and the Brand cannot be edited once the import is confirmed and saved! You'll need to remove the item and add it again if you saved the incorrect Brand or Retailer.
Buyback Eligibility
Not all items manually imported will be eligible for buyback
Any unknown or unsupported Brands and Retailers will result in ineligibility
If you notice an item you uploaded does not receive a resale value or have a sell option, then it is likely not available to sell
