Two ways to ship your item
When you're ready to send an item to Croissant, you have two shipping options β UPS or USPS. With either carrier you may use a QR code or printed label.
QR code β Show your phone screen with QR label at a UPS or USPS location. No printing needed.
Printed label β Print at home and attach to your package before drop-off.
Both options are available in the app and either will work for your shipment.
How to find your QR code or label in the app
Open the Croissant app.
Tap Menu in the bottom right corner.
Tap Sales. Then In Progress.
Select your package from the list.
Tap View QR Code to open the QR code screen.
To get a printed label instead, tap Print Label from the QR code page.
Tip: You do not need to print the label if you use the QR code β just show your phone screen at the counter.
Want to change the carrier to use
Please be sure you have selected the shipping carrier you want before confirming the sale. You will not be able to undo this action. If you need to change the carrier you'll need to cancel the sale and then recreate it. This can result in items undergoing price fluctuations.
What to do if your QR code has expired
QR codes expire 28 days after a sale is confirmed. If your code appears expired:
Check that your sale is still active in the app. Reach out to us before proceeding with shipping.
Try canceling the sale if it is still active and then recreate to get a new sale.
If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll generate a new shipping label for you.
What to do if you can't find your shipment in the app
If no shipment appears under Shipments, it may mean the sale wasn't fully confirmed yet. Double-check that the sale is showing as active in your Collection. If everything looks correct but the shipment still isn't showing, reach out to our support team and we'll look into it.
Still need help?
Our support team is happy to resend your QR code or label directly. Just get in touch and we'll take care of it right away.
