How to sell items with Croissant

Learn how to initiate a sale and prepare your shipment to Croissant.

1. Start Your Sale

Tap the hanger icon in the bottom-right corner to view your Collection. From here, you can search or filter by brand, newly added items, or find a specific item you’d like to sell.

When you’re ready to create your sale, tap the 'Manage' button at the top-right of the screen and select 'Sell Items' from the pop up menu.


Select up to 12 items you’d like to include in your shipment (if you have more than 12 items to sell, you’ll have to create a new shipment for remaining items). Tap ‘Sell Item(s)’ to confirm and continue.


2. Choose Your Shipping Option

Select between UPS and USPS.

Enter your return address and click “Confirm Sale.”

Please note: Make sure your address in your Profile is correct before processing your sale to Croissant. The return address used during the sale creation is where any returns will be sent to.


3. Prepare & Send Your Shipment

Pack your item(s) in a box and secure with packing tape.

Present the QR code to an associate at your selected shipping carrier (UPS or USPS).

You can access the QR code by going to the Menu (bottom right) > Shipments > Package > View QR Code

Before shipping, please double-check:

  • Condition: All items must be in Gently Used condition. For more details, please visit our article: What Are Croissant's Quality Standards?

  • Accuracy: Make sure the items you’re sending match what’s listed in your Sale Details.

Please Note: Any unknown or additional items not in your Collection will be donated on your behalf per our Terms and Conditions.


4. Track Your Shipment

You can track your shipment directly in your account. Tap the menu icon in the bottom-right corner to open the main menu, and go to Sales. Your in-progress shipments will appear under the Shipments tab.

Once your items arrive and pass quality review at our warehouse, your credit will be added to your Wallet.
