From your Collection, tap + Sell an item (top right).

Select up to 12 items you want to sell — tap to check each one (long-press an item to see its details). Your running Sell Value shows at the top. More on limits: Item eligibility & sale limits.

Tap Sell Item(s), then review the Resale Guidelines and tap I Agree. The guidelines cover what we accept (gently loved, laundered, undamaged) and what we don't — full detail in What are Croissant's quality standards?.

On Sale Details, review your items and total credit, then tap Continue. Payments are issued after we validate your items — usually within 3–5 days (When are items reviewed & paid out? has the full timeline).

Choose a dropoff option — UPS or USPS — and confirm your shipping address. That's where any returns go, so fix it in your Profile first if it's wrong; if it changes after you've shipped, email [email protected].

Review the Sale Summary and your shipping label:

Tap Confirm Sale.

Condition — items must be in gently loved condition (laundered, undamaged). See What are Croissant's quality standards?.

Accuracy — the items you send match what's in your Sale Details (image, title, and brand).

Accessories — include anything pictured with the item, or it may not pass review.
