How to sell items with Croissant

1. Select Items for Sale

  • Click “Sell” and choose the items you’d like to include in your shipment.

  • Click “Continue” to confirm your selection, then choose your payout option

Cash: Items purchased with the Croissant desktop or mobile shopping extension are eligible for cash or boosted store credit payouts.

Store Credit: Imported purchases are eligible for store credit at major retailers like Revolve, FWRD, Saks Fifth Avenue, MyTheresa and Nordstrom.

2. Choose Your Shipping Option

  • Select between UPS and USPS:

    UPS: Packaging will be provided at the store.

    USPS: You must pack your items into a box.

  • Enter your return address and click “Confirm Sale.”

3. Prepare Your Shipment

  • Present the QR code to an associate at your selected shipping carrier:

    UPS Store

    USPS Post Office

Before sending your items:

  • Verify each item is in Gently Used condition.

  • Ensure the shipment contents match the details listed on the Sale Details page.

  • Any unknown or additional items will be returned or donated on your behalf.

4. Track Your Shipment

  • Track your shipment’s progress in your account.

  • Once your items arrive and pass quality verification at our warehouse, your funds will be released.

  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but it can take up to 7 business days during peak periods.
