When Can I Expect My Items to Be Reviewed and Payouts to be made?

Once your package has been delivered to Croissant’s facility, your items will go through a Quality Control (QC) review before any payout is issued. Here’s what to expect:

🕒 Standard Processing Timeline

  • Items are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after delivery.

  • We do not count the delivery day itself as day one, since packages must first go through an initial sort before entering the QC queue.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our warehouse does not process shipments on weekends.

📦 Delivery Confirmation

Once your package is marked as Delivered (via UPS or USPS), your items are placed into our review queue in the order they were received.

You can track your package status and find updates in the Activity > Shipments section of your Croissant account.

💳 Payout Timing

  • Once your items are reviewed and approved by our QC team, payouts are issued the same day, typically by the end of the business day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your gift card or cash payout is issued.

  • If your item is flagged for quality concerns, you may receive an email asking you to take action on the item.

⏳ Delays

During periods of high volume, items may take closer to the full 5 business days to process. Items with unexpected issues (e.g., wrong item, condition concerns, or missing data) may take slightly longer while we investigate.
