Once your package is delivered to a Croissant facility, your items will go through a quality review before any payout is issued. Here’s what to expect:
🕒 Standard Processing Timeline
Items are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after delivery.
The delivery day is not counted as Day 1, as packages must first complete an initial sort before moving into the quality review queue.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that our warehouses do not process shipments over the weekend.
Please note: Certain designer items may require additional authentication which will delay processing and payout. Generally, item authentication is done within 7 days.
📦 Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is marked as Delivered (via UPS or USPS), your items are placed into our quality review queue in the order they were received.
You can track your package status and find updates in the Profile > Sales section of your Croissant account.
💳 Payout Timing
Once your items are reviewed and approved by our quality review team the payout credit is issued immediately to your Croissant Wallet.
You will receive an email notification once your credit payout is issued.
If your item is flagged for quality concerns, you may receive an email asking you to take action on the item.

⏳ Delays
During periods of high volume, items may take closer to the full 5 business days to process. Items with unexpected issues (e.g., wrong item, extra items received, condition concerns, or shipment errors) may take slightly longer while we investigate.
