Can I Restore Deleted Items from My Croissant Collection?

Currently, items deleted from your Croissant Collection cannot be restored. Once an item is deleted, the action is permanent, and we are unable to retrieve the item or its associated data.

We understand that this limitation can be inconvenient, and our product team is actively reviewing this process. A potential feature under consideration is the introduction of an intermediary state, where deleted items could be temporarily stored and restored by users within a limited timeframe before permanent deletion. However, this feature is still in the evaluation phase, and we do not have a confirmed timeline for its implementation.

What You Can Do:

• Double-check the items you intend to delete from your Collection before confirming the deletion.

• If you encounter issues or have concerns about an item you accidentally deleted, feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. While we may not be able to restore the item, we’re here to assist with any other questions or concerns.
