At this time, Croissant is only available to customers within the United States.
This includes all aspects of the service—from selling items through Guaranteed Buybacks™ to using our browser extensions and receiving store credit payouts. We do not currently support international shipping, payment processing, or access to our iOS or Chrome extensions outside the U.S.
Why Isn’t Croissant International Yet?
As a growing startup, our current operations and merchant partnerships are focused on serving U.S.-based customers. Expanding internationally is something we hope to do in the future, but there is no official timeline at this stage.
Common International Issues:
Browser extensions not available: The Croissant Chrome and Safari extensions are only published in U.S. regions of the Chrome Web Store and Apple App Store.
App setup issues: If your App Store region is not set to the U.S., you may not be able to download or configure the Croissant app and extension.
Address verification errors: International shipping addresses are not supported for item sales or returns.
What You Can Do:
If you’re currently located outside the U.S., we recommend waiting until Croissant expands internationally.
