If you accidentally forgot to include an item in your shipment to Croissant, don’t worry! Once your package arrives at our facility, our team will check in the items you sent. Any item that was expected but not included will be marked as “not received” in our system.
You’ll receive an email notification once your shipment has been processed, confirming that the missing item was marked as not received. At that point, it will automatically return to your Croissant Collection.
After your shipment is fully processed, you can simply create a new sale for the item and ship it to us separately. Please note that we can’t issue a new label until your original shipment has been fully processed.
