When Are Items Reviewed & Paid Out?

When to expect your items reviewed and paid — most within 3–5 business days after delivery.

Written by Croissant Support

Once your package is delivered to a Croissant facility, your items go through a quality review before any payout. Here's what to expect.

Standard Timeline

  • Reviews typically finish within 3–5 business days after delivery. A few things that affect that:

    • The delivery day isn't Day 1 — packages first complete an initial sort before entering the review queue.

    • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays; we don't process shipments on weekends.

    • Some designer items need extra authentication, which can add time — usually completed within 7 days.

How your package moves through

Once your package shows Delivered (UPS or USPS), your items enter the review queue in the order they're received. Track the status any time from the ⋯ menu (top right of Home) → Sales.

When you're paid

Once your items are reviewed and approved, your credit is issued to your Wallet right away, and we'll email you. If an item is flagged for a quality concern, you'll get an email asking you to take action — see What happens when an item isn't accepted.

Delays

During busy periods, reviews can take closer to the full 5 business days. Items with unexpected issues — a wrong item, extra items received, condition concerns, or shipment errors — may take a little longer while we look into them.

Still waiting after 5 business days? Email [email protected] with your tracking number or sale ID and we'll check on it.
