How to Find Your Shipping QR Code or Print a Label

Everything you need to know about locating your shipping QR code or label in the app, which carrier to use, and what to do if your code has expired.

Two ways to ship your item

When you're ready to send an item to Croissant, you have two shipping options – UPS or USPS. With either carrier you may use a QR code or printed label.

  • QR code — Show your phone screen with QR label at a UPS or USPS location. No printing needed.

  • Printed label — Print at home and attach to your package before drop-off.

Both options are available in the app and either will work for your shipment.

Finding your QR Code

Step 1
Open the menu by tapping the in the upper-right corner.

Tap Sales.

Step 3
Select the In Progress tab.

Step 4

Open your shipment.

Step 5

Tap View QR Code.

Step 6
Present the QR code at UPS or USPS, or tap Print Label to print your own label.

Tip: You do not need to print the label if you use the QR code — just show your phone screen at the counter.


Frequently Asked Questions:

I can't find my shipment. What should I do?

If your shipment doesn't appear under In Progress, first confirm that your sale was successfully created.

If your sale is active but you still can't find your shipment, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to investigate.

Can I change my shipping carrier after confirming my sale?

Please make sure you've selected your preferred shipping carrier before confirming your sale. Once a sale has been confirmed, the shipping carrier cannot be changed.

If you need to use a different carrier, you'll need to cancel your sale and create a new one. Please note that creating a new sale may result in updated buyback values.

My QR code has expired. What should I do?

Shipping QR codes expire 28 days after a sale is confirmed.

If your QR code has expired:

  • Confirm that your sale is still active in the app.

  • If it is, cancel the sale and create a new one to generate a new QR code.

  • If you're unable to do so, contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
