Using Croissant on Your Computer

How to sign in to croissant.com, find your way around the left menu, and what you can only do in the app.

Written by Croissant Support

You can use croissant.com for most of what you do in the app — check your credit, sell your pieces, and browse Community. Here's how to sign in and find your way around.

  1. Go to croissant.com and open Members in the top menu.

  2. At the bottom of the panel, click Sign in (next to "Already a member?").

  3. On the Sign in to Croissant page, choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, or enter your email and password and click Sign in.

It's the same account as in the app, so use the way you signed up there. Forgot your password? See I Forgot My Password. New to Croissant? Click Create account at the bottom of the page.

Once you're signed in, the Members menu shows your credit and Collection at a glance, with shortcuts to your Wallet, Collection, Use your credit, Sell pieces, Transactions and Sales. Any of them takes you into the member area, where the left menu is.

Find your way around

The left menu groups everything by what you're doing:

  1. Home — Overview shows your available credit, your Credit Drops, your Collection and what's happening; Notifications lists your alerts (see Set Up Your Notifications).

  2. Wallet — Overview (your balance, see Understanding Your Wallet), Transactions, Gift cards, and Use your credit (shop with a partner brand, or turn credit into a gift card — see How to Find and Use Your Credit Drops).

  3. Collection — Overview (what you own, see What Is My Croissant Collection?), Sell (start a sale, see How to Sell Items with Croissant), and Sales (track a sale, find your QR code or label, or answer a review — see How to Find Your Shipping QR Code or Print a Label and What Happens When an Item Isn't Accepted).

  4. Your account — at the bottom of the menu, under your name and email. See Understanding Your Account.

The croissant.com Home page with the left menu, where step 1 is Home, step 2 is Wallet, step 3 is Collection, step 4 is Community, and step 5 is Your account at the bottom of the menu.

If your browser window is narrow, the left menu shrinks to four tabs at the top — Home, Wallet, Collection and Community. Make the window wider to see every page.
