Following people on Croissant lets you discover new items, explore other members' Collections, and see shopping activity from people whose style you like. When you follow someone, their public activity may appear in your Following feed, so you discover pieces organically as you browse.
How to find and follow people
In the app
You can find people a few ways:
From the Community feed — tap a member's avatar to open their profile.
From search — tap the magnifying glass at the top right of Community and browse suggested profiles, or type a handle.
From another member's profile — tap the Following / Followers line under their name to see who they're connected to.
In a list, tap Follow (it reads Follow Back if they already follow you) or Unfollow ① beside a person. On someone's profile, tap the follow icon ② at the top right to follow or unfollow.
On croissant.com
Choose Find people under Community in the left menu. Search by handle ① or pick someone from People you might like, then click Follow ②. Click a person's name to open their profile and click Follow ① there too (Follow back if they already follow you). Click Following any time to unfollow.
Discovering other people's Collections
If a profile is public, open its Purchased tab to see the items they own and track. In the app, long-press an item to view its details (a tap opens a menu with more options). On croissant.com, click an item to see its details. Browsing others' Collections is a great way to:

Profiles you might like
In the app, tap the magnifying glass ① at the top right of Community to see Profiles you might like. Tap the + ② on any profile to follow. On croissant.com, People you might like is on Find people (above). Following these accounts helps personalize your feed and surface more relevant shopping activity over time.
Managing who you follow
You can review and manage who you follow from your own profile:
In the app, tap the Following / Followers line ① under your name to see your lists. On croissant.com, click your followers or following count on your profile.
Unfollow anyone from that list (Unfollow in the app, Following on croissant.com), or from their profile.
A note on privacy
A private profile can still be opened, but it only shows the member's name, handle, photos and counts — not their items or activity. You control what your own profile shows — see Understanding Your Croissant Profile & Privacy.
