We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to permanently delete your Croissant account (and all associated data), you can do this yourself in just a few steps.
⚠️ Important:
Deleting your account is permanent. You won’t be able to recover your account, collection, sales history, or any remaining wallet balances once deletion is confirmed.
If you only want to turn off email notifications or pause use, consider adjusting your settings instead.
How to Delete Your Account in the Croissant App
Open the Croissant app on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to your Profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Delete Account?”
Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion. Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account in a Web Browser
Visit https://app.croissant.com and log into your account.
Click on Profile from the left-hand navigation.
Scroll to the very bottom of your profile page.
Click “Delete account.”
Follow the confirmation steps to complete the process.
Can Support Delete My Account for Me?
For your security, our team can’t delete accounts on your behalf. This ensures only you can permanently remove your data.
