Set Up Your Notifications

Turn on notifications to know when your credit is ready, an item needs action, or someone follows you.

Written by Croissant Support

Notifications keep you up to date on everything happening in Croissant — so you know the moment your credit is available, when one of your items needs attention, or when someone follows your profile.

What notifications tell you

When you tap a notification, it takes you straight to the right place in the app — for example:

  • Your Wallet, to view a new Credit Drop or available credit

  • A specific item that needs your attention

  • Your profile, for new follower activity

How to turn on notifications

  1. Open your device Settings.

  2. Tap Search and type Croissant.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Toggle Allow Notifications on.

  5. Choose how you'd like to receive them — banners, sounds, or badges.

How to clear notifications

Open your notifications by tapping the bell icon at the top of your Home screen. From the Notifications screen you can clear one at a time or all at once.

Clear a single notification

Swipe left on the notification, then tap the red trash icon.

Clear all notifications

Tap Delete all notifications at the bottom of the screen, then tap Delete All to confirm. This permanently removes every notification and can't be undone.

Just want to clear the unread dots?

Tap Mark all as read instead — this marks everything read without removing any notifications.
