Understanding Your Wallet

See what's in your Croissant Wallet — your balance, Credit Drops, gift cards and transactions — in the app and on croissant.com.

Your Wallet is where all your credit lives — what you've earned, what's been dropped to you, and what's ready to spend. You'll find it in the Croissant app and on croissant.com.

In the app

Open the Wallet tab.

  1. Available balance — everything you can spend right now, in one number. Tap it to open the breakdown (6).

  2. Redeem — where you use your credit. If you have Credit Drops, it opens the Redeem screen with your drops. If you don't, it goes straight to turning credit into a gift card. See How to Find and Use Your Credit Drops and How to Convert Credit to a Gift Card.

  3. Credit drops — each drop is a card with the brand, the amount, its expiration date and a button. Swipe to see them all. See What Are Credit Drops?.

  4. Shortcuts — Shop our partners shows where you can earn and spend credit, and Missing out on 10% back (shown until you've set up the browser extension) walks you through the extension. If you have gift cards, you'll also see Gift cards with your total across them, and if you have credit that isn't ready yet, Pending credit with the amount awaiting verification.   5. Transactions — your latest credit activity. Tap View all › for the full list.

  6. Balance breakdown — what your Available balance is made of: your Earned Credit, plus a line for each Credit Drop (for example, "BY FAR CREDIT DROP"), plus any credit tied to one brand, shown with that brand's name.

On croissant.com

Sign in and choose Wallet → Overview in the left menu. The left menu also has Transactions, Gift cards and Use your credit under Wallet.

  1. Available credit — everything you can spend right now, in one number.

  2. The breakdown — beside it: Credit drops (how many you have and the first date to use one by), Credit (what you've earned shopping and selling), and, if you have them, Brand credit (credit tied to one brand) and Pending (credit that isn't ready yet — click it to see what's pending).   3. Use your credit and Get a gift card — Use your credit shows where each drop and your credit can be spent. Get a gift card turns credit into a Revolve or FWRD gift card, and shows when you have earned credit. See How to Find and Use Your Credit Drops and How to Convert Credit to a Gift Card.

  4. Credit drops — each drop is a card showing where it spends and the date to use it by. See What Are Credit Drops?.

  5. Recent activity — your latest credit activity, newest first. Click See all to open Wallet → Transactions.

  6. Gift cards — your total across your gift cards, with each card's last four digits and its balance. Click See all to open Wallet → Gift cards.

  7. Earn more credit — shortcuts to shop partner brands, add the browser extension, and connect Gmail.
