What you get
Redeeming turns your available Croissant credit into a gift card for one of these partners (like Revolve or FWRD). You can redeem your full balance or just part of it — whatever you don't redeem stays as credit in your Wallet.
How to redeem your credit
Open your Wallet and tap Redeem. On the Redeem screen:
Check your available balance — you can redeem up to this amount.
Choose a retailer — tap the box next to the store you want a gift card for.
Tap Confirm — your gift card is generated and saved to your Wallet.
Not sure which retailers are available? See Eligible partners for spending credit. Your Wallet will always show the most up to date retailers available.
Using your gift card
Once you have your code, you can use it two ways:
With the Croissant extension — it detects supported sites and you can apply your code at checkout. New to the extension? See Set up the Croissant extension.
By hand — copy the code from your Wallet and paste it into the gift card field at checkout.
Note: the extension only works on a retailer's website, not inside their mobile app. Shopping in the retailer's app (like the Revolve app)? Copy your code from your Wallet and paste it in manually.
Good to know
Pick the right retailer before you confirm — a gift card can't be moved to a different retailer once it's issued. More on this: Can I change my gift card retailer?
