Tap or click Claim and pick one: $100 to spend with Croissant Pay partners, or $50 at Revolve or FWRD, redeemed as a gift card. Your pick is final for that month. Where to find your drops
Your Credit Drops show in the Croissant app and on croissant.com. They're the same drops in both places. Check your Wallet for expiration dates.
In the app
There are three ways to get to your drops. Turn on notifications to hear about new drops.
From the Home Tab
Your drops show at the top of your Home tab, under Credit drops. Swipe to see them all, and tap the button on a drop to go straight to that offer.
From the Wallet Tab
Open your Wallet to see your balance and your drops, each with its expiration date. Swipe to see them all, and tap the button on a drop ① to go straight to that offer. The Get a gift card and Shop partners buttons at the top are for your earned credit, not your drops.
From Notifications
Tap the bell icon ① on your Home tab, then tap a Credit Drop alert ②. A brand's drop opens that brand's site, and a flexible drop opens the Spend list of partners where you can use it.
On croissant.com
Sign in from the Members menu at croissant.com. Your drops show in three places, all in the menu on the left.
From Home
The Credit drops section shows each drop with its Use by date. Click Use your credit to see them all. If a brand has a special offer for you, its drop shows on its own under Just for you, above that section.
From Wallet
Wallet → Overview shows your drops next to your balance. Wallet → Use your credit lists every drop and where it spends, grouped as Flexible credit drops, Gift card drops, and Brand credit drops.
From notifications
Click Home → Notifications to see your Credit Drop alerts.
On your phone's browser
On a phone, croissant.com has tabs at the top instead of a left menu. Your drops show on the Home and Wallet tabs. To see them all, tap Wallet, then Use your credit. For your alerts, tap Notifications at the top of the Home tab. More on getting around: Using Croissant on Your Computer.
Kinds of Credit Drops — and how to use each
How you use a drop depends on which kind it is. Check the drop card in your Wallet to see which you have.
Flexible credit drops — not tied to any one brand. Croissant sends these from time to time — for example, as an incentive for creating your account as a first-time member, connecting your Gmail, installing the browser extension, or referring a friend — and the $100 option on your Premium Member Credit Drop is one too. Spend it at any Croissant Pay partner by choosing Croissant Pay at their checkout. It can't be turned into a gift card, so it can't be used at Revolve, FWRD, or any checkout that doesn't support Croissant. In the app's Wallet it's labeled "Flexible Credit Drop". On croissant.com the card shows Flexible, with a Shop brands button, and Use your credit lists it under Flexible credit drops. It's not the same as your earned credit (see Understanding Croissant Credit). Check your Wallet for the exact value and expiration.
Partner brand drops — tied to one Croissant Pay partner, with the brand shown on the card. Spend it by choosing Croissant Pay at that partner's checkout — it only applies there, not at other partners. On croissant.com, click Shop on the card to go to that brand's site.
Revolve & FWRD drops — these only redeem as a gift card, never at checkout — Revolve and FWRD don't support Croissant at checkout at all yet (see Eligible Partners for Spending Credit). In the app, open the drop, tap Redeem, and confirm. On croissant.com, click Get gift card on the drop, then confirm with Get gift card. Your gift card code saves to Wallet → Gift Cards, and you enter it yourself at Revolve or FWRD's checkout (it doesn't apply automatically). There's no minimum spend, and the whole drop is redeemed at once. You have until the expiration date shown on the drop to redeem it.
Drops you spend at checkout have their own minimum and expiration. Revolve and FWRD drops have no minimum spend, but they still expire, so redeem them before the date shown on the drop. For how drops work, see What Are Credit Drops?.
