How to Find and Use Your Credit Drops

Find your Credit Drops in the app and use them — at checkout with Croissant, or (for Revolve and FWRD drops) as a gift card.

Each month, choose how to claim your member drop — once, at claim time: $100 to spend with Croissant Pay partners (this becomes a Flexible Credit Drop — checkout-only, see Kinds of Credit Drops below — and can't be turned into a gift card), or a $50 Revolve/FWRD gift card instead. Where to find your drops

You can get to your Credit Drops three ways. Turn on notifications to hear about new drops, and check your Wallet for expiration dates.

From the Home Tab

Tap Credit Drops to view your available offers.

From the Wallet Tab

Open your Wallet to see all your drops, your balance, and a breakdown of your credit. Tap Redeem on a drop to jump straight to that offer, or Redeem in the top right to open your drop hub — where you'll see all your drops and their full expiration dates.

From Notifications

Tap the bell icon on your Home tab, then open a Credit Drop alert to jump straight to the redemption screen.

Kinds of Credit Drops — and how to use each

How you use a drop depends on which kind it is. Check the drop card in your Wallet to see which you have.

  • Flexible credit drops — spend at checkout with Croissant (choose Continue with Croissant) at any Croissant Pay partner. A flexible credit drop can't be converted to a gift card. In your Wallet it's labeled "Flexible Credit Drop" — not the same as your earned credit (see Understanding Croissant Credit).

    • If you're a Premium member, the $100-vs-$50 choice happens once, at claim time, on your monthly drop: claim $100 and it becomes a Flexible Credit Drop (checkout-only, as above), or claim $50 instead and you get a Revolve/FWRD gift card from the start (see Your Premium Credit Drop). You can't switch after claiming either one — a Flexible Credit Drop you've already claimed can't turn into the $50 gift card later. Croissant's own promotional Flexible drops (not from Premium) don't have a $50/gift-card option at all — they're checkout-only.

    • Croissant also sends these out directly sometimes, on its own — not tied to a Premium claim or to any one retailer. Check your Wallet for the exact value and expiration.

  • Partner brand drops — tied to one Croissant Pay partner, with the brand shown on the card. Spend at that partner's checkout with Continue with Croissant — it only applies there, not at other partners.

  • Revolve & FWRD drops — these only convert to a gift card. Open the drop, tap Redeem, and confirm — your gift card code saves to Wallet → Gift Cards, and you enter it yourself at Revolve or FWRD's checkout (it doesn't apply automatically).
