You can access your Credit Drops in three ways: through your Home tab, Wallet tab, or Notifications. Be sure to enable notifications so you never miss a new drop from our retail partners.
From the Home Tab
Tap Credit Drops to view your available offers. Select a drop and tap Redeem to view your available value, including any eligible Flex credit you can apply.
From the Wallet Tab
In your Wallet, you’ll see all available Credit Drops, your total balance, and a breakdown of your credits. Tap Redeem in the top right corner to view and use your available drops.
From Notifications
Tap the bell icon on your Home tab to open your notifications. Select a Credit Drop alert to go directly to the redemption screen.
Shop vs. Redeem
There are two ways to use your Credit Drops:
Shop with Croissant Pay: Apply your Credit Drop directly at checkout on the merchant’s site using Croissant Pay.
Redeem for a Gift Card: Convert your Credit Drop into a gift card for that merchant. If available, you can add Flex credit to increase the total value.
