What is My Credit Balance?
Every time you complete a purchase using Croissant, you earn 10% back in credit.
This credit can be used toward future purchases made with Croissant at any of our supported merchants.
How to Use Your Credit at Checkout
When you’re ready to make another purchase:
Select Croissant at checkout.
You’ll see your available credit balance.
Choose "Redeem Credit"
You have two options:
Option 1: Cover the Entire Order with Credit
If your credit balance is enough to cover the full order total:
Your credit will be applied to the entire purchase.
You will not need to use your card for that order.
Option 2: Use Credit + Pay the Rest with Your Card
If your credit balance is less than your order total:
Your selected credit amount will be applied first.
The remaining balance will be authorized to your card.
Your card will only be charged after you complete the order through Shopify.
Important: When is My Card Charged?
Just like regular payments:
We authorize your card first.
Your card is only charged after you complete the order with the merchant through Shopify.
If you do not complete the order, you will not be charged.
Can I Get My Credit Refunded as Cash?
Credit earned through purchases:
Is issued as promotional credit
Can be used toward future purchases
Is not redeemable for cash
Who Handles Returns?
If you return an item:
The merchant handles the return and refund process.
Refund timing and method follow the merchant’s return policy.
Any credit adjustments will be reflected in your Croissant account accordingly.
