How to earn it
Just make sure Croissant is active when you check out:
With the browser extension — it activates automatically at checkout on supported retailers.
With Croissant Pay — pay with Croissant directly and your 10% is applied to that order.

When your credit is ready
Your 10% shows up as pending first, then becomes available to spend. Credit stays pending for about 60 days after your purchase, giving the retailer time to process any returns. After that, it becomes available to use.

How to use it
Once your credit is available, you can:
Spend it at checkout with Croissant, or
Convert it into a gift card for a supported retailer — see How to convert credit to a gift card.
