The credit back you earn from shopping shows up as pending before it's ready to spend. Here's why, and when it clears.
Why it's pending
New credit is held as pending to cover the return window — the time you could return, exchange, or cancel your purchase. Once that window closes and the purchase is final, your credit is confirmed.
When it becomes available
This typically takes about 45 days. You'll get a notification when your credit moves from pending to available, and you can always see both balances in your Wallet.
