What Happens to My Credit if I Cancel Premium?

What happens to the credit you've earned — and to your Premium Credit Drop — when you cancel Croissant Premium.

Written by Croissant Support

Canceling Croissant Premium changes your benefits going forward, but it doesn't wipe out the credit you've already got. Here's what stays and what changes.

The credit you've earned stays

Credit you've earned — from credit back on your purchases and from buybacks when you sell — is yours to keep. Canceling Premium doesn't remove it; it stays in your Wallet to spend.

Your Premium Credit Drop

Your monthly Premium Credit Drop is a Premium benefit, so new drops stop once your membership ends — you won't be able to claim another after Premium lapses. But any drop you've already claimed stays yours to spend until its own expiration date — canceling doesn't remove it. You'll see that date on the drop.

Keep in mind: Credit Drops are non-refundable once used — if you've already spent one, returning that order won't bring it back.

Your rate returns to 10%

After Premium ends, you earn the standard 10% credit back on purchases instead of 15%.

When these changes take effect

You keep your Premium benefits — 15% back and your monthly Credit Drop — through the end of your current paid period. After that, your account returns to the free plan, and canceling doesn't refund what you've already paid. For how to cancel, see Manage or Cancel Croissant Premium.
