If you do not see the Croissant extension appear when browsing a support merchants website, you may need to verify the permissions are setup correctly.
Ensure you are on a supported brand’s website and viewing an eligible item. The mobile Safari extension only appears when you’re viewing items eligible for Guaranteed Buybacks. Generally, clothing and accessories over $100 are eligible for Guaranteed Buybacks. If the extension still doesn’t appear, check your Settings App, as you may not have correctly granted permissions to Croissant.
Double check your permissions using the following steps:
Go to your Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions > Croissant.
Confirm “Allow Extension” is on.
Select “Allow” under “All Websites” in the “Permissions” section.

Again, the extension only collects item information data, and only from our supported sites. We never store data besides item information to offer you Guaranteed Buybacks.
