In order to use your credit, you first need to convert it into a gift card. Then, there are two ways to redeem your credit:
Option 1: Use the Croissant extension
You don’t need the extension to use your credit — but it makes the experience much more seamless.
What the extension does:
Automatically detects when you’re on a site where your credit can be used
Shows your available wallet balance
Surfaces your credit code so you can paste it at checkout
Where it works:
Chrome extension: Desktop only
Safari extension: iOS only (installed through the Croissant app)
Option 2: Use your credit without the extension
If you prefer not to install the extension:
Open the Croissant Wallet in the iOS app
Copy your credit code
Paste it directly into the gift-card or promo field at checkout on any eligible retailer’s website
This works the same way — you’ll just retrieve your code manually.
Where credit can be used
Your credit can be redeemed for a gift card at partners such as Revolve, FRWD, Nordstrom, and more. All redemptions are done in the Croissant iOS app.
