How does credit work?
You get credit every time you sell something back to Croissant (Buybacks).
Your credit must be converted to gift cards, chosen from the list of our eligible merchants.
To convert your credit, open the app and go to the Wallet tab in the main menu (stack icon in the bottom-right of app). Under Balance, tap Redeem, choose your merchant, and hit Continue to generate your gift card.
How to use your gift cards:
Once your gift card is created, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including the code.
You can also always access your gift cards in the Wallet tab—both in the app and through the extension. Any boosted gift cards you have purchased through Croissant will also appear here.
Access your gift cards from the extension:
Open the Safari or Chrome extension and expand it. Click the circle with your profile icon or initials in the top-right, then select ‘Wallet’. This will open the app directly to your Gift Cards.
