Croissant pays out credit only, and all payouts are added directly to your Croissant Wallet after your item is delivered to our warehouse and verified by our team.
Below is a full breakdown of how the payout process works.
1. When You Get Paid
You will receive your credit within 3–5 business days after your package is delivered to our warehouse.
Most items are processed within this window, but please note:
Weekends and holidays can delay processing.
High-volume periods may result in longer verification times.
You’ll be notified as soon as your item is processed.
2. What Happens After Delivery
Once your package is marked as delivered:
Your item is checked in.
Our team verifies condition and authenticity (Croissant authenticates every item).
Your payout credit is added to your Croissant Wallet.
3. Where Your Credit Goes
All payouts go straight to your Croissant Wallet, which you can access via the Croissant iOS app.
Your Croissant Wallet allows you to:
Use your credit directly via the Croissant browser extensions when shopping eligible sites.
Convert your credit into a gift card from select Croissant partners.
4. Converting Credit to a Gift Card
You can convert your credit into a gift card at a growing list of Croissant retail partners, including:
Revolve
FRWD
Nordstrom
…and more partners are added regularly.
When you convert credit into a gift card:
You will receive the gift card code via email, and
You can also access the code at any time in your Croissant Wallet within the iOS app.
Gift cards can be used directly on the retailer’s website during checkout.
5. Using Credit While Shopping
You can spend your credit anytime by:
Activating the Croissant Safari (iOS) or Chrome extension, and
Copying your available credit code at checkout on eligible sites.
Your extension will surface your available balance and guide you through the process.
