If you accidentally forgot to include an item in your shipment to Croissant, there’s no need to worry! Here’s what to do:
Step 1: Wait for Your Shipment to Be Processed
Once your package arrives at our facility, our team will process the items you sent. During this process, any expected item that wasn’t included in the shipment will be marked as “not sent” in our system.
Step 2: Receive a Notification
You’ll receive an email letting you know that the missing item was marked as not sent. At this point, the item will automatically revert to a sellable state in your Croissant Collection.
Step 3: Create a New Sale
Once the item is back in your Collection, you can create a new sale for the item and ship it to us separately.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a new label after the original package has been shipped, until the item is processed through our system.
