Share an Idea With Croissant | Croissant Help Center

We read every idea you send. Tell us about something new you'd like to see, something we could make easier, or something that got in your way.

In the app

Tap ⋯ at the top right of Home to open the Menu, then tap Share an idea ① under Get in touch.
Under What's it about?, choose Something new, Make something easier or Something got in my way ②.
Write your idea under Your idea ③. You can use up to 2,000 characters.
Tap Send ④. You'll see "Thank you for the idea."

If you leave before you send it, the app asks whether to keep editing or discard your idea.

On croissant.com

Choose Your account at the bottom of the left menu, then click Share an idea ① under Get in touch.
Under What's it about?, choose the kind of idea ②.
Write your idea in the box ③. You can use up to 2,000 characters.
Click Send ④.

Vote for an idea someone already shared

On croissant.com, when you choose Something new or Make something easier, Others have asked for ⑤ appears under the form. It lists ideas of that kind that other members have shared, with how many people asked for each. If yours is there, click Vote ⑥ instead of writing it again. The button changes to Voted, and a vote can't be taken back. An idea shows up in this list once several members have asked for it.

If something isn't working

An idea goes to our product team. For a problem with your account, an order or your credit, contact us so our support team can help. In the app, Chat with us and Email us are under Get in touch in the Menu. You can also email [email protected].

Ask for a brand

Tap Request a brand under Get in touch, in the app or on croissant.com. On croissant.com you can also vote for a brand other members have asked for. See Eligible Partners for Spending Credit.
