Checking Your Gift Card Balance
Navigate to the ‘Wallet’ in the Croissant app or from the Extension pop out.
In the App: Tap the menu icon in the bottom-right to open the main menu. Go to the ‘Wallet’ tab.
In the Extension: Open the Safari or Chrome extension and expand it. Click the circle with your profile icon or initials in the top-right, then select ‘Wallet’. This will open the app directly to your Gift Cards.
Once you are in the Wallet, tap ‘Gift Cards’ — there will be clickable tab for every gift card you have. Tap a gift card to see all information.
Use gift card number and code on the retailers website to check balance.
Removing a Gift Card with a Zero Balance
Note: Please be aware that this is a permanent action. If you remove a card and need assistance please reach out to our support team at [email protected].
If your gift card has no remaining balance and you’d like to remove it:
Navigate to 'Wallet' in the Croissant app (instructions above).
Once in the Wallet, tap ‘Gift Cards’ and then click on the card you want to remove.
Click Remove Card in the top-right (be aware this is a PERMANENT ACTION).
