Removing a gift card from your Wallet takes it off your list — it doesn't cancel the card or its funds. If you removed one by mistake, we can add it back.
Get it back
Contact Support at [email protected] and we'll re-add the card to the gift card section of your Wallet tab. We can't resend gift card details, but the card itself isn't lost — we just restore it to your Wallet.
Already have the details handy? When you first converted credit to a gift card, Croissant emailed you the card's details — that email is a quick way to grab the code in the meantime.
Before you remove a card
It's safe to clear out gift cards you've already used up to tidy your Wallet. If a card still has a balance, keep it — or save the details first. To check what's left on a card, see Gift Card Balance, Returns & Refunds, and Removing Used Cards.
