Why Are My Rewards Pending?

Understand why Croissant rewards appear as pending, how long the pending period lasts, and when your rewards become available to spend.

After you complete a qualifying purchase, your rewards will appear as pending in your wallet.

Rewards typically remain pending for about 45 days. This allows time for:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

  • Retailer confirmation

Once the pending period ends and the purchase is confirmed, your rewards move to available and can be spent.

You can always see your pending and available balances in your wallet.
