When you shop with Croissant and have the extension activated, you earn 10% back in Croissant Credit on qualifying purchases.
Croissant rewards work through the browser extension on two platforms:
Safari on iPhone
Chrome on desktop
The extension must be active at checkout for rewards to track correctly. If the extension wasn't active when you checked out, rewards cannot be applied retroactively to that purchase.
When do rewards become available?
After your purchase, rewards are added to your Wallet as pending and typically become available to spend after about 45 days. This window exists to account for returns, exchanges, and retailer confirmation.
You'll receive a notification when your credit moves from pending to available. You can always check your pending and available balances in your Wallet.
What if I have a promotional reward rate?
If you have an active promotional offer (such as 20% back on your first purchase), the checkout screen will still show the standard 10% rate. Your promotional bonus is applied separately after your order is confirmed — you don't need to see it at checkout for it to apply correctly.
