Why is my retailer coupon removed when I apply Croissant Pay?

Some retailer promotional codes cannot be combined with Croissant Pay discounts. These restrictions are set by each merchant’s checkout system and promotional policies, and unfortunately, Croissant is not able to override them.


I didn’t complete my purchase, but I see a charge on my account

What you’re seeing is an authorization hold, not a completed charge.

You will only be charged if you successfully complete your purchase on the retailer’s checkout page. If the order wasn’t completed, the hold will automatically drop off your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


What if I don’t have a Croissant account?

No problem! When you select Croissant Pay at checkout, you’ll be prompted to log in.

If you don’t have an account yet, you can quickly create one during this step. Once you’re set up, you’ll be redirected back to the authorization screen and then your cart to complete your purchase.
